| We use only USDA Choice beef - an extremely lean cut of beef. After slicing, each piece is hand trimmed to remove any unwanted fat. This results in each piece being a unique shape and size… just like Mountain men have made it for years. Our jerky is not the ground beef, preformed shapes you find in many jerky products. Next we marinate the beef for 24 hours which allows the spices and seasonings to penetrate the beef making it tender and flavorful. Finally we smoke the beef till it reaches the point of perfection - not too chewy and not to brittle. We use no preservatives or MSG. Our jerky is made fresh daily ready to meet any of your jerky cravings. |

Hickory Smoked Our original favor. It offers a slight taste of honey and the tastes and smell of hickory. |

Peppered It also has the taste and smell of hickory, but the added taste of black pepper. We add enough black pepper for people who enjoy the taste of pepper, but not enough to make it hot. |

Ingredients: We strive to fine the freshest produce and spices.
We’re located in Texas. The climate allows growing season all year long.
Where else could you find fresh cayenne and habanero peppers on a daily
basics? We use all natural ingredients. We don’t add any artificial
additives or preservatives.
Packaging: We vacuum seal our jerky to keep it fresh as the day it was made. We also double seal every package to make sure it arrives safe as the day it was packaged. The second seal is enclosable. Service: Same day shipping if ordered by 2 pm. central time on weekdays. Packages are shipped United States Postal Service or UPS depending on the size of the order. |
